Hello, I’m Deborah Miarkowska, a Qualified Nurse, Researcher and Quality improvement Specialist with twenty years experience as a Senior Lecturer with extensive expertise in Leadership, Service Improvement, and Change Management within Health and Social Care. I possess up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of the latest advancements in leadership, project management, and service development across healthcare organisations. I am passionate about collaborating with others to help unlock and nurture their leadership potential.
